Terms & Cancellation Policy

To book a hair consultation, colouring or lash extensions, a SAR 200 deposit is paid to confirm the appointment.

For all other salon services, a small deposit is paid to confirm the booking.

A deposit paid for hair consultations, colouring or lash extensions is deducted from the main service price when the service is done.

When you arrive at the salon, the final cost of the service is set precisely based on the specialist's report and assessment of your case or the service requested.

The deposit is not refunded if:
• The client does not attend the appointment.
• The service is not taken at the booked time.
• The client decides not to go ahead with the service after the consultation.

A service cannot be cancelled or refunded once it has been carried out.
